 About the Instructors

The Empower Thyself! Program is a 2-day class taught by Sarah Gebeke and Sandy Kootsikas. Sarah and Sandy are Guides, Ritual Masters and Teachers certified by the Modern Mystery School, the seventh of the ancient mystery schools that are located in Tibet, Japan, Africa, Australia, Romania, and England.  This is a 3000+ year old tradition and lineage.  The sacred art of guiding and healing is used to bring light to those who seek it. 

 

Sandy also holds a master's degree in guidance and counseling and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota. Sarah holds a degree in communication from the College of St. Benedict and is a reiki practitioner in Jikiden Reiki and Usui Method of Natural Healing.
